Hot tub and location to beach.

Paper-thin walls.

The couple next door was making far too much noise, way too late at night. Even our banging on the walls didn't work. Ruined the total experience. would not go back to that hotel.

It was very close to the Boardwalk.

The web site should have been clearer regarding the pool.

The room was clean and very close to the boardwalk. I would have like a pool, and the spa closed early!

It was a great location and the staff was very attentive and friendly.

I had no complaints.

The hotel was in a perfect location. We were able to walk everywhere. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The room had a nice view of the town and had a nice homey feel. I would definitely like to go back and would recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Santa Cruz. ...read more
